Method
Governed, deterministic control over complex, noisy systems — with evidence you can audit, failures we publish on purpose, and no claim without a locked artifact.
- Identify the noise — what is chaotic, opaque, or misleading?
- Build a deterministic control surface — filter, gate, score, pause, law in code.
- Test to destruction — many angles, adversarial packs, multi-domain stress.
- Document everything — what was done and what was not done.
- Publish failures — red lights stay on the page.
- Lock evidence — claims only as strong as locked artifacts.
- Fail closed — limits named; no silent expansion of scope.

Zero Overshoot
Flagship commercial surface for industrial / robotics buyers (actuators, true cmd+meas surfaces). Labs is the credibility layer — same claims, same links, same funnel.
What it is
Proprietary pre-stage signal stabilizer — a deterministic log-space soft thermostat for noisy signals. Mid-band ring damp and peak compression toward a declared normal.
What it is not
Not a general tracker. Not a delay-tolerant controller. Not a replacement for joint servos / PLCs. Not “wins all actuators.” Not a book-a-call black box.
Is / is not
Is
Methodology lab and evidence operator. Experiments, ledgers, workbenches. Documentation, falsification, chain of custody. Willing to be wrong in public if it moves closer to truth.
Is not
Black-box “AI magic” vendor. Generic consultancy with slides only. Marketing-first personal brand page. “Trust us, it works” culture. Seller of the proprietary methodology stack as a public product.
How the lab is run
Capability language only. Not SKUs. Lab-scale stats are Workbench custody — not product proof (product metrics live on Zero Overshoot with ZO evidence links).

We build and test under adversarial pressure. Receipts, inversion, and multi-domain stress matter more than credentials theatre or founder mythology.

Roughly 1.5 TB of papers, tests, and systems as a working library — qualitative scale of what we keep, not a locked experiment count. Locked quantitative claims live on Workbench and Zero Overshoot only.
