BoonMind Labs is the methodology lab that built Zero Overshoot (GSRF). We publish how claims are made and where they fail. Product proof lives on zeroovershoot.com.
Method
Same discipline on every surface.
We work under a named, original method extracted from live systems: the Mandelbrot Boundary (state-verifying vs pattern-matching guards), the Challenger Principle (no self-certification), frozen claims, residual naming, and fail-closed rules.
Detailed materials remain controlled. Results stay checkable. Method stays ours.
Zero Overshoot
Flagship commercial surface for industrial / robotics buyers (actuators, true cmd+meas surfaces). Labs is the credibility layer — same claims, same links, same funnel.
What it is
Proprietary pre-stage signal stabilizer — a deterministic log-space soft thermostat for noisy signals. Mid-band ring damp and peak compression toward a declared normal.
What it is not
Not a general tracker. Not a delay-tolerant controller. Not a replacement for joint servos / PLCs. Not “wins all actuators.” Not a book-a-call black box.
Is / is not
Is
Methodology lab and evidence operator. Experiments, ledgers, workbenches. Documentation, falsification, chain of custody. Willing to be wrong in public if it moves closer to truth.
Is not
Black-box “AI magic” vendor. Generic consultancy with slides only. Marketing-first personal brand page. “Trust us, it works” culture. Seller of the proprietary methodology stack as a public product.
How the lab is run
Capability language only. Not SKUs. Lab-scale stats are Workbench custody — not product proof (product metrics live on Zero Overshoot with ZO evidence links).

How we work
Secondary to method and Zero Overshoot. Small lab practice — agentic engineering, systems architecture, and AI red teaming as how we operate, not a personal brand page.
Practice
We build and test under adversarial pressure. Receipts, inversion, and multi-domain stress matter more than credentials theatre or founder mythology.
Working depth
The lab keeps locked packs, experiment trees, code/system evidence, and sealed audit outputs — not a bare “terabytes of papers” diligence flex. Prior-gen locked characterization: on the order of ~50,000 evaluation artefacts and ~25 GB packs/ledgers under frozen evaluators. Inventory orientation — not a performance SLA.
