BoonMind Lattice
The readable index of what each BoonMind system is, what forensics found, and what rules changed.
Systems run the method. Findings and amendments feed the Mind. Updated rules flow back out to the other systems, so a learning found once — in any system, by any agent — becomes global: recorded, verifiable, and not rediscovered or re-fixed from scratch. Watchers and audits check that the index still matches the code. The Mind evolves; this map is updated when the lab updates it.
Learning, operations and writing are the three structural loops around that index. Products hang off the structure. World A and Embassy sit outside it.
How to read the map
- Boon Global Mind — the centre node. The index of systems, findings and rule changes. Systems report in; shared rules flow back out. It records, checks and indexes. It does not draft, promote, or grade its own work. No generative AI brain.
- Learning layer — every system feeds the Method; a failure found in one becomes a rule that protects the others
- Operations layer — everything is built, updated and managed through the Hub
- Writing layer — patterns are named and made visible
- Outside the loop — World A and Embassy are observed, not controlled
Key
- Boon Global Mind — centre node (index of systems · findings · rule changes). Records, checks, indexes. No generative AI brain.
- Learning layer — violet ring (Methodology)
- Operations layer — cyan ring (Hub)
- Writing layer — fuchsia ring (BoonMindX)
- The substrate — sand (The Corpus)
- Systems — steel nodes hanging off the structure
- Outside the loop — ghosted, dotted (World A, Embassy)
- Coming soon — dashed (Books)
Status
This page is a drawing of Boon Global Mind, not the Mind. The markdown index is the source of truth; the code in each repo is the authority. Nodes here are regenerated when the system list changes. Not a live feed. Not an authority. Watchers and audits check the index against what is actually in the repos — they do not write the map for you.
