Methodology lab

Evidence-first systems for autonomous decisions — and AI governance that can prove them.

We build systems that show what actually happened, not what the system claims happened.

Where a normal audit still grades the system’s own homework, we require evidence a stranger can reopen.

Open the Lattice

Why

It grades its own homework.

Most systems can pass every internal test and still fail under real conditions. The component that acts also supplies the evidence used to judge that action. The result looks complete. The underlying guarantee is absent.

This is not a bug. It is a structural flaw — and it becomes existential once systems act autonomously.

What

We are a methodology lab. We call it the BoonMind Method. It is a discipline, not a product.

Teams that work with us leave with a sealed pack for a frozen claim — not a slide deck that marks its own homework.

Proof

Receipts you can open

Independent challenge is normal operation. Public proof lives on the product surfaces that earned it — not as a story on this page.

Zero Overshoot — locked evidence

Green and red lights. Published limits. Self-serve.

Open ZO evidence

An audit pack is a sealed set of locked artefacts for a frozen claim: what was run, under which rules, outcomes including losses, named residuals, content hashes. Not a brochure.

Where

We run the method on our own systems. Each line opens.

Industrial audit pack: self-serve on Zero Overshoot. Broader lab work: start at Contact.

Lattice

One method. Multiple live systems. The map shows what a claim on this site rests on — including what sits outside the loop.
