Strategic hardware partner · Industrial / robotics

Partnership / Pilot protocol

Bounded path for industrial / robotics buyers (actuators, true cmd+meas surfaces). Same four steps as the partner email. Self-serve evidence first. No “book a call to see the data.”

How a partnership works

Bounded path from public packs to a short hardware test. Scope and limits named before any pilot claim.

  1. Step 1 — Audit Pack — self-serve materials, locked posture, published limits. Request Audit Pack
  2. Step 2 — gsrf-bench — optional local verify on your CSV before trust expands. gsrf-bench
  3. Step 3 — NDA or sample CSV — product / pilots: gsrf@boonmind.io · org / general: info@boonmind.io
  4. Step 4 — live/shadow hardware test — true cmd+meas or OP–PV surface; green and red lights both published.

What a hardware pilot is (and is not)

In scope

Pre-stage soft thermostat behavior on a declared noisy signal surface. Comparison vs best EMA with frozen metrics where the pack defines them. True command+measure or OP–PV paths. Documented protocol and “what we didn’t do.”

Out of scope

Replacing joint servos / PLCs. Invented plant downtime $ or MTBF miracles. Controller claims. Silent scope expansion. Demo theatre that hides losses.

Pilot discipline: A short live or shadow test is not a production license. Results only as strong as locked artifacts and the surfaces named in the protocol. Red lights stay public.

Same four steps (cards)

Matches the partner email protocol. Self-serve before hardware.

1. Audit Pack

Read the self-serve pack before scheduling anything. Evidence is not gated behind a calendar.

Request Audit Pack

2. gsrf-bench

Optional: run the public bench path on a CSV you control. Verify locally before trust expands.

gsrf-bench

3. NDA or sample CSV

Reply with NDA interest or a sample CSV suitable for offline evaluation. Product / pilots: gsrf@boonmind.io.

4. Live/shadow hardware test

Short live or shadow run on real hardware — true cmd+meas or OP–PV — named surfaces, frozen metrics, green and red lights both published.

Product proof (mirror ZO)

Same partner-safe strip as Home and Zero Overshoot. No new Labs numbers. Deep packs on zeroovershoot.com.

~35% · ~70%

Mid-band / spectral

Mid-band osc advantage ~35%; sweet-band spectral power ~70% vs best EMA on locked characterization packs — surface-dependent.

ZO evidence · Locked · evidence
~38% · 49/52

Peak compression

Mean peak-deviation advantage vs best EMA; 49 / 52 dataset wins across characterization families — surface-dependent.

ZO evidence · Locked · evidence
298/298

True-cmd continuous wear

Wear 298/298 continuous (ABB / UR / Franka). Open red lights with the wins. Not a controller claim.

ZO evidence · Locked · evidence
Red lights published: Failures are first-class. Claim ladder + inversion when aggregates flatter. Do not invent inverted wins. Do not merge synthetic + real + robot rates into one story.
